We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about food. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong track record as a Chef de Partie.
A flair for creativity across different styles of cooking, from daytime deli offerings to evening pizza creations.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards (Food Hygiene Level 2 or above preferred).
The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
