1. Role
Oversee front-of-house (FoH) operations to ensure exceptional experiences for students and teachers. Manage staff rotas and event delivery while leading pre-shift meetings to promote fairness, productivity, and positivity. Welcome clients in person, handle calls and emails professionally, and manage bookings and payments both in-person and over the phone. Maintain a well-presented, welcoming environment by ensuring the building is clean and organized. Open or close the center, set up studio schedules, and handle day-specific tasks. Manage and communicate last-minute timetable changes, assist with administrative duties, and contribute to event planning, execution, and follow-up.

- Mon-Thurs: 6:15 – 1:15 pm, 11 – 7 pm or 12:30-8:30 pm
- Fridays: 6:15 – 1:15 pm, 11:30 – 7:30 pm or 1:30-9:30 pm
